Theory of Cognitive Flexibility

The human brain is the final frontier. Your brain can change and learn. Your brain is so sophisticated that researchers modeled computers after it. To succeed in today’s global platform (current and post-pandemic), you need to exercise as much cognitive flexibility as possible. To use cognitive flexibility, clients need help to draw on their brain’s neuroplasticity and adapt its structure in response to learning, experience, and trauma. Neuroplasticity enables cognitive flexibility by adapting and changing behaviors in response to changes in the environment.
